New Families:

Welcome to the Green Bay Area Public School District!  We're excited that you are considering enrolling your child (or children) in our schools.  We are committed to ensuring all children receive a quality education that prepares them to be college, career and community ready. 

You can find additional information about programs like International Baccalaureate, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math partnership with NWTC, East Institute for the Fine Arts, John Dewey Academy for Learning, Gifted and Talented and more here.  

We encourage you to contact our school principals to set up a tour.  Your child is also welcome to shadow at any of our high schools in order to experience our programs firsthand. 

Click on the enrollment form link below to be brought to the enrollment forms page to complete the forms in advance.  Both English and Spanish versions are available.   We take enrollments for all grades and programs in our District.    

To complete your registration we will ask for a:

•      completed enrollment form
•      birth record (birth certificate, immigration papers, etc.)
•      proof of residency (utility bill, driver's license, payroll or bank statement, lease, etc.)
•      immunization record (Health Department, physician records, Wisconsin Immunization Registry, etc.)

Existing Families:

We are here to help you keep your child's demographic information up to date.   If you have a change of emergency contact information, address, phone numbers, etc., let us know and we will update your files.     

To complete an address change, we will need:

•      proof of residency (utility bill, driver's license, payroll or bank statement, lease, etc.)
•      to know who all moved to this address
•      if your child(ren) will be utilizing a school choice-open enrollment option, or
•      if your child(ren) will attend the new attendance area school

 For ease, use our "Change of Address Form."

Other Functions of Central Registration:

     We also coordinate the application process for Intra District Transfers as well as Inter District Open Enrollment.  Contact our office for information on either of these programs.   

Parent Portal: 

     We also update any demographic changes or questions you submit via the Parent Portal.
