Superintendent's Office

Welcome to the Green Bay Area Public School District! Almost 21,000 students are enrolled in 38 schools, making us the 5th largest school district in Wisconsin.

Our goal is when every child graduates they are career, college, and community ready. We have a strong tradition of community partnerships with area secondary institutions, corporations, and non-profit organizations that help provide support in reaching this goal.

We also offer parents a variety of choices:

  • K-12 International Baccelaureate at Chappell Elementary, Franklin Middle School and West High School;
  • project-based learning at the John Dewey Academy for Learning;
  • Spanish immersion at Danz, Jackson and Wilder elementary schools;
  • East High School Institute for the Fine Arts;
  • Langlade Elementary Gifted & Talented Academy;
  • a technology education partnership between Southwest High School and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College;
  • or an excellent traditional education at any of our schools.

Parents can customize their child's education to best fit their needs.

I am excited about the direction the district is moving and am expecting even more great things in the near future!
