The Green Bay Area Public School District, with Prevea Health, offers an affordable, convenient, and confidential way to receive medical care on a walk-in basis through our Health & Wellness Center. This center is located in the District Office Building, 200 S. Broadway Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The Health & Wellness Center serves district employees and retirees, their dependents age two years and older, who are covered by the district health insurance plan. There is a $5 user fee per visit; routine lab work and certain immunizations do not require this fee. The center requires that all participants have their insurance card present when visiting.
The direct number to the Health & Wellness Center is extension 50113 (internal) or (920) 448-7554.
Prevea Health and Wellness professionals are able to diagnose and treat a large variety of medical conditions. If you have additional questions, contact Jean Marsch, Chief Human Resources Officer at (920) 448-2013 or Jennifer Vincent, Manager of Employee Services at (920) 448-2113.
The Health & Wellness Center will be offering additional services to meet the needs of employees and their dependents who have a chronic condition or are at an increased risk of health issues and would benefit from additional education and assistance. These services will be offered through dedicated appointment times where employees or dependents will have an opportunity to work with the Prevea team to set health care goals, receive help managing medical needs, and receive education and resources in coordination with a primary care physician.
