Board Meeting Videos
Board meeting videos are available to watch online, both live and after the meeting. Live videos do not have automatic translation available, however full meeting videos uploaded after the meeting do.
To turn on closed captions or automatically translated captions, follow the steps below.
1. On the YouTube video of your choice, click on the Closed Captions button, which is identified by the CC icon in the lower right corner of the video player. This will turn on closed captions in the default language, US English.
2. To change the language of the captions displayed, click Settings, which is identified by the gear icon to the right of the CC button.
3. Next, click Subtitles/CC from the menu.
4. Next, select Auto-Translate from the menu.
5. A list of languages will display. Select the language in which you wish to see closed captions.
6. Captions should now display in your language of choice.
