Exchange Visitor Program

When selecting the Find My School link, you will need to select either the 2025-26 boundaries for current attendance areas OR choose future boundaries to see how the attendance boundaries change for Beaumont, Chappell, Doty, Elmore, Langlade, Lincoln, Kennedy, King, MacArthur, and Webster for the 2026-27 school year.

I am NEW to the Green Bay Area Public School District and have no children currently attending GBAPS.

Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:

A valid email address. If you do not have an existing email address, you can create one for free through a number of email services
Emergency contact phone numbers
Your child’s doctor, health and/or medication information
Previous school information, if applicable

After your child's online application has been submitted, please email Central Registration the following documents to complete the registration process:

Proof of Residency (e.g. current mortgage info, current lease agreement, current energy/gas/water bill)
Proof of Legal Age/Name - Child's birth certificate
Child's Immunization Record

INFINITE CAMPUS PORTAL

I currently have a child enrolled in the Green Bay Area Public School District.

You must use your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to register a new student. Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:

Emergency contact phone numbers
Your child's doctor, health and/or medication information
Previous school information, if applicable

Families can register students returning to GBAPS and siblings who may be new to GBAPS all at once by logging into the Parent Portal and following the steps below:

Click "More" (left-hand navigation section)
Click "Update your Contact Information"
Select "New Student Registration"
Click "Add a New Student" to enroll additional students in your household, located within the "Student" tab

Enrollment FAQs

How do I enroll if I do not have a permanent address?

Your address will be the address you spend the night at before the registration day even if it is in a car, shelter, etc. This address will be used to determine your home attendance area school. You will be asked to complete a Voluntary Information Sheet upon enrollment. The District has McKinney-Vento program staff that can provide you with assistance with the enrollment process, as well as transportation as needed. My nephew/niece is living with me and I am taking care of and providing financial support to him/her. His/her Parent/Legal Guardian resides outside of the boundaries of the Green Bay Area Public School District. How do I enroll him/her in school?

If the Student is residing with you for reasons other than for the sole purpose of attending school in the Green Bay Area Public School District, the Parent/Legal Guardian should complete a Request for Residency and Educational Guardianship Form. You will be asked to complete an Educational Guardianship - Acceptance of Responsibility and Enrollment Form, as well as provide Proof of Residency and Proof of Age. All these forms can be found under Enrolling a New Student on the Forms page.

My niece currently lives with me as a result of a voluntary agreement between myself and my niece’s Parent/Legal Guardian. Both myself and my niece’s Parent/Legal Guardian live within the District boundaries. How do I enroll her in school?

The Student’s Parent/Legal Guardian would need to complete the enrollment form. The Student’s home attendance area school will be based upon the Parent’s/Legal Guardian’s address. The Parent/Legal Guardian should complete a Rights to Records and/or Educational Decisions Form, which can be found under Enrolling a New Student on the Forms page (Parent/Legal Guardian would check both options on the form).

I am currently living with someone and cannot provide proof of residency.

Families who have established stable residency in the home of another adult individual residing in the District can fill out a Co-Residency Verification Form (found under 'Guardian/Parent Forms' on the Forms page). Both the Parent/Legal Guardian and the Co-Resident will need to complete and sign this form. The Co-Resident is the Resident Adult with whom the Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) and Student(s) are living and is the adult that can provide proof of residency for the family.

Student Accident Insurance

As a service to students and their families, GBAPS is making available an optional student accident insurance plan for your child at a very nominal cost. The district offers this program because of trends in rising family health and dental insurance costs, increased deductibles, co-payments, or lack of health or dental insurance coverage.

Reasons to Purchase This Coverage

1. Deductible and co-pays in your health plan. Many health plans have increased the amount of out-of-pocket expenses.

2. No insurance. This plan will provide benefits for medical expenses incurred because of an accident. If you have other insurance, benefits can be applied to your deductible or co-pays. If you have no other insurance, this will become your primary accident plan.
