Registration

Welcome to the Green Bay Area Public School District! We're excited that you are considering enrolling your child (or children) in our schools. We are committed to ensuring all children receive a quality education that prepares them to be college, career and community ready. 

Steps for online registration are outlined below. Email Central Registration with enrollment questions or for technical assistance with online registration.

Interested in the District's 3-Year-Old & 4-Year-Old programs?

Will your child turn 3 or 4 years old on OR before September 1? If so, you are eligible to register for 3-year-old Head Start, 4-year-old Head Start or the 4-year-old Kindergarten program for the 2024-25 school year.  Learn more about Head Start or 4K.  


 

New Families

I am NEW to the Green Bay Area Public School District and have no children currently attending GBAPS.

Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:

  • A valid email address. If you do not have an existing email address, you can create one for free through a number of email services
  • Emergency contact phone numbers
    Your child’s doctor, health and/or medication information
  • Previous school information, if applicable

After your child's online application has been submitted, please email Central Registration the following documents to complete the registration process:

  • Proof of Residency (e.g. current mortgage info, current lease agreement, current energy/gas/water bill)
  • Proof of Legal Age/Name - Child's birth certificate
  • Child's Immunization Record

Please note: Your online registration will not be available for processing until you click the RED SUBMIT BUTTON.

Existing Families

INFINITE CAMPUS PORTAL

I currently have a child enrolled in the Green Bay Area Public School District. 

You must use your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to register a new student. Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:

  • Emergency contact phone numbers
  • Your child's doctor, health and/or medication information
  • Previous school information, if applicable

Families can register students returning to GBAPS and siblings who may be new to GBAPS all at once by logging into the Parent Portal and following the steps below:

  1. Click "More" (left-hand navigation section)
  2. Click "Update your Contact Information"
  3. Select "New Student Registration"
  4. Click "Add a New Student" to enroll additional students in your household, located within the "Student" tab

Please note: Your online registration will not be available for processing until you click the RED SUBMIT BUTTON.

Student Accident Insurance

As a service to students and their families, GBAPS is making available an optional student accident insurance plan for your child at a very nominal cost. The district offers this program because of trends in rising family health and dental insurance costs, increased deductibles, co-payments, or lack of health or dental insurance coverage.
