Welcome to the Green Bay School District's Finance Department's home page. The Finance Department is responsible for managing the District's overall accounting and financial reporting. Some of these responsibilities are listed below.

Student Accident Insurance
As a service to students and their families, GBAPS is making available an optional student accident insurance plan for your child at a very nominal cost. The district offers this program because of trends in rising family health and dental insurance costs, increased deductibles, co-payments, or lack of health or dental insurance coverage.
The premium for this policy is minimal per year for school-time coverage. All school-sponsored and supervised activities and time spent in school are covered in accordance with the term and limitations of the policy. For an increased premium, the policy will cover your child 24 hours a day, 12 months a year, rather than only during school-time.
Reasons to Purchase This Coverage
- Deductible and co-pays in your health plan. Many health plans have increased the amount of out-of-pocket expenses.
- No insurance. This plan will provide benefits for medical expenses incurred because of an accident. If you have other insurance, benefits can be applied to your deductible or co-pays. If you have no other insurance, this will become your primary accident plan.

To Enroll Your Child
- Review brochure which outlines coverage.
- Purchase coverage online with Visa or MasterCard and then follow directions at “Find Your School.” All questions regarding this coverage should be directed to First Agency at 269-381-6630, or toll free at 800-243-6298.
NOTE: Coverage becomes effective as soon as the application and premium are received at Gallagher Special Risk or 1st day of school, whichever is later.
