Welcome to the Green Bay School District's Finance Department's home page. The Finance Department is responsible for managing the District's overall accounting and financial reporting. Some of these responsibilities are listed below.
- processing payments to vendors
- daily cash receipt processing and deposits
- safeguarding the District's assets
- monitoring internal controls
- determining long and short term borrowing needs
- monitoring cash flow
- processing 1099s
- maintaining the general ledger
- Payroll that supports the District's mission by providing consistent and accurate processing of payroll for over 3,000 valued employees
