Special Education Parent Meeting

What are the Special Education Parent Meetings?

The meetings focus on disseminating information, identifying needs and networking with families. The purpose is to be a resource for families within the school district.

We educate ALL students to be college, career and community ready, inspired to succeed in our diverse world. 

What is the Vision of the Special Education Parent Meetings?

We seek collaboration, equity, and empowerment for ALL. 

Who may attend the Parent Meetings?

All meetings are open to the public. We welcome anyone interested in special education.

What are the functions of the Special Education Parent Meeting? 

  • To provide parents with professional development around key topic areas in Special Education 
  • To provide parents with networking system
  • To help families advocate for their child's needs
