In 2025, the Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS) held its first Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The GBAPS Hall of Fame recognition provides inspiration for the students across our District. In order to qualify for this recognition, nominees must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a graduate from GBAPS.
  • Must have graduated high school a minimum of 20 years before being nominated.
  • Must exemplify the values of the District: excellence, engagement, equity, integrity and responsibility.

New in 2026!

The GBAPS Hall of Fame will recognize a former educator who embodies the values of our school district.  In order to qualify for this recognition, nominees must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have formally been an educator for GBAPS, in any role or capacity.
  • Must have retired from GBAPS or been employed for a minimum of 10 years.
  • Must exemplify the values of the District: excellence, engagement, equity, integrity and responsibility.

Nominations are Now Closed for the Class of 2026. 

Timeline:

  • Nominations accepted February 6, 2026 - April 1, 2026
  • Hall of Fame inductees notified in May 2026
  • Hall of Fame induction ceremony held in October 2026
