School Climate Survey

Dear Parent/Guardian, 


The Green Bay Area Public School District would like your input on the climate your child experiences at school.  The parent School Climate Survey window is open from February 18, 2020 through March 13, 2020.

To collect input, a link to the 2019-2020 School Climate Survey will be sent to parents/guardians via School Messenger on 
February 18, 2020.

To complete the survey on paper:

Please click the link below to download and print a paper form. A printed copy will be available from the main office of the school your child attends. 2020 School Climate Survey - Parent/Guardian paper version


The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Parents/guardians are asked to complete the survey by March 13, 2020. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Parents may choose to fill out the survey for each of the schools their children attend, or take the survey once, using the youngest child’s school experience.  

We thank you for your consideration regarding this important effort of providing District administrators and the Board of Education important information about our schools in an effort to continuously improve.
