ACP Field Trips
Delaware North Facilities Field Trip - Lambeau Field

Students ages 14-18  from across all of GBAPS high schools toured Delaware North facilities at Lambeau Field, learning about entry level careers in  catering, kitchen, suite food prep and service, concessions, and warehouse.  At the end of the tours students were able to apply for areas of interest and interview on the spot with Delaware North staff. The goal of these tours is to connect students to work-based learning opportunities, whether it be for a summer job or longer. The skills learned through these  employment opportunities are invaluable.

Information Technology Tour - GBAPS District Office

Middle school students from Franklin, Edison and da Vinci were given the all-access tour of the many exciting facets of our District's technology department.  Students learned everything from how data is securely stored in the District to how to use apples and tomatoes to make music!

The goal of these tours is to expose students to the many career paths in technology along with the skills needed to be successful in a career in technology.  This way students can make informed decisions about the classes, co-curriculars and opportunities they choose as they align to their career interests.
