As part of the Safe Walk and Bike Green Bay plan, the area surrounding each school was observed at drop off or dismissal by the lead consulting firm, Toole Design Group, and/or the subconsulting firm, WEBIKE Etc. The school area assessments resulted in the creation of an Existing Conditions Summary document for each school.
