Laura Laitinen-Warren

Laura and her husband have made the city of Green Bay home and have two children in the Green Bay Area Public School District (GBAPS). Prior to her role as a Board Trustee, her involvement with GBAPS included the Title VI American Indian Education Parent Committee, the Superintendent's Parent Advisory Committee and the Parent Teacher Organization at her children's school. She holds a bachelor's degree in social welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in educational leadership, and an Educational Specialist Certificate from a cooperative program between UW-Oshkosh and UW-Madison. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is now finishing her doctorate in leadership studies through the School of Education at Marian University.
