I would like to thank you for your decision to provide our children a safer learning environment by requiring mitigating strategies in our schools. Thank you for following recommendations from healthcare professionals including Brown County Health Department, Wisconsin DPI, Wisconsin DHS, [and] CDC.
Our family made the decision to leave our home school district and have our son attend elementary school in GBAPSD this year. This commitment requires a commute and not only a new school, but a new district to navigate.
My initial experience visiting my son’s elementary school in your district, meeting staff, and the application process were all very positive interactions with professional caring people.
My son’s experience at his new school has been wonderful. Teachers and staff have been kind and welcoming to him and our family. We have not once doubted the decision we made. My son gained such an amazing opportunity by our discovering his new school.
