2018-19 Registration

New families: 

Welcome to the Green Bay Area Public School District! We're excited that you are considering enrolling your child (or children) in our schools. We are committed to ensuring all children receive a quality education that prepares them to be college, career and community ready.

You can find additional information about programs like International Baccalaureate, the Fine Arts Institute at East High, John Dewey Academy of Learning, the Leonardo da Vinci School for Gifted Learners, and more here.

Registration can be completed in the Central Registration office located at 200 South Broadway. We encourage you to contact our school principals to set up a tour. Your child is also welcome to shadow at any of our high schools to experience our programs first-hand.

Click on the enrollment form link below to complete the forms in advance. Both English and Spanish versions are available. We take enrollments for all grades and programs in our District. To complete your registration we will ask for:

  • Completed enrollment form
  • Birth record (birth certificate, immigration papers, etc.)
  • Proof of residence (lease, mortgage or most recent utility bill)
  • Immunization record (Health Department, physician records, Wisconsin Immunization Registry, etc.)
  • Completed Wisconsin HLS (Language Survey) Form

Existing GBAPS families: Online Registration for Annual Updates is open!

The Green Bay Area Public School District is excited to announce that beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, existing parents/guardians can update annual information online.  Families can access their data via online registration on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

The Online Registration portal is now open! Existing parents/guardians may review and update their information such as phone numbers, emergency contact information, and medical conditions. You may update this information online prior to your designated school registration Open House.  Families are still encouraged to attend the registration events at their school(s) as portions of the registration (such as schedule changes, obtaining photo ID, signing up for clubs and busing information) will be handled at your individual school registration Open House.   

 **To set up a parent portal account, please contact the GBAPS Help Desk via email at or call 920-448-2148 for assistance in creating your account. 

**If you do not have access to a computer to complete the Annual Update online, staff will be available to assist at your school registration Open House.  You can also visit the District Office Building at 200 S. Broadway and a member of Central Registration would be happy to assist you.  

To complete an address change, we will need the following:
  • Completed "Change of Address Form."
  • Proof of residence (lease, mortgage or most recent utility bill)
  • The names of all the people who have relocated to the new address
  • If your child(ren) will be utilizing a school choice-open enrollment option, or if your children will attend the new attendance area school
