Lori is responsible for building capacity in and developing a system of PK-16 pathways to high skill, high wage and high demand careers.  As the Director, Lori assists schools at all grade levels to develop a college, career and community readiness culture that prepares students for success in the 21st and 22nd century.  In collaboration with her colleagues and with community partners, Lori creates a variety of dynamic academic and co-curricular programs to provide multiple career pathways and opportunities for success.

Kim is responsible for supporting our community organizations by matching them with schools who express specific needs to ensure our students’ academic, career and community success.  Kim plays an essential role in helping our community partners navigate District procedures to formalize partnerships and provides guidance on Board polices relevant to our department’s work.  Kim also supports grant writing and editing, as well as budget development to secure local, regional and national grant funding on behalf of our District.  Kim is the primary contact for community organizations who wish to develop a grant proposal that supports District goals.

Aubrey is responsible for supporting the District’s mission by implementing and sustaining academic and career planning, work-based learning, and varied opportunities for all student to explore career pathways with our many district and school partners. Aubrey works with local community members to support our students short- and long-term academic and career goals, ensuring students have opportunities to succeed in their lives after high school. Aubrey plays an essential role in creating a college-going and career readiness culture within our schools.

Amy is responsible for supporting our academic partners by helping them navigate through our District's legal procedures and data sharing agreements. She also serves as the point of contact between the schools and academic partners where collaboratively we ensure college, career and community readiness for all students. In addition, Amy is responsible for connecting community members to different volunteer opportunities throughout the District.

Sandy plays a supporting role to the work flow in the College, Career & Community Readiness Department.  Sandy assists with department goals and projects by gathering data, helping in the completion of the team’s projects, providing information to community partners and organizations, and supporting the local and regional work of the College, Career & Community Readiness team.
