New Families
I am NEW to the Green Bay Area Public School District and have no children currently attending GBAPS.
An Infinite Campus Parent Portal account will be created for you after your application is approved.
Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:
- Emergency contact phone numbers
- Name and phone number of child’s doctor
- Your child’s health and/or medication information
After your child's online application has been submitted, you
must bring the following documents to your child's attendance area school (only during the school year) or to the District Office Building (year-round) at 200 South Broadway St. to complete the registration process:
- Proof of Residency (e.g. current mortgage info, current lease agreement, current energy/gas/water bill)
- Proof of Legal Age/Name - Child's birth certificate
- Child's Immunization Record
- Parent/Guardian's Government-issued Photo ID (i.e. driver's license, state ID card or passport)
Please note: Your online registration will not be available for processing until you click the RED SUBMIT BUTTON.
