2024-25 School Fees

Elementary Schools

  • General Fee - Early Childhood / 4 - Yr Kindergarten, $45 per student
  • General Fee - Full-Day Kindergarten, $50 per student
  • General Fee - Grades 1 - 5, $50 per student
  • Musical Instrument Rental Fee, $60 per year

Secondary Schools

  • General Fee - Grades 6-12, $70 per student
  • Commencement Ceremony Fee, $30 per graduating student
  • Student Parking Permit Fee - per Year, $75 per permit*         
  • Musical Instrument Rental Fee, $60 per year
  • Student Activity Pass for High School (Gr 9 -12) Events*:
    • Grades 6-8, $11 per pass             
    • Grades 9-12, $25 per pass              
    • May be used at any GBAPS school for events involving the student's school.
  • Family Activity Pass for High School (9 - 12) Events, $50 per pass* (includes children through 8th grade). May be used at any GBAPS school for events involving the student's school.
  • Gate Admission Student, $3*  
  • Gate Admissions Adult, $5*
  • Transcript Fee, $10 each* - Transcripts for students currently enrolled in the Green Bay Area Public Schools are provided at no charge. Transcripts used when applying for scholarships are free of charge.

Other

  • Additional fees may be charged for approved resale materials, i.e., workbooks, padlocks, safety glasses, and safety goggles. Contact the Procurement Department at 46201 for 2024-25 costs.*
  • Additional fees may be charged for approved field trips.*


* Fees charged for these items may not be waived. All other fees are waived for students eligible for free lunch.

School Fees - Late Entries and Refunds

With regard to late entries, for middle and high school students, a full fee is charged up to the end of the first semester and a reduction to
one-half beginning with the second semester. Refunds of fees for withdrawing students shall be prorated on a time basis up to the end of the first semester. There will be no refunds after that date.

For elementary students, a full fee is charged up to the end of the first trimester, with reductions to two-thirds of the full fee up to the end of
the second trimester and one-third of the full fee for the last trimester. Refunds of fees for withdrawing students shall be prorated on a time
basis up to the end of the first trimester. There will be no refunds after that date.

Waiver of Fees

School fees are waived for only those students that qualify for free lunch and authorize their status to be shared with Accounting by either
filling out the sharing form or returning the approval for benefits letter received from the Food Service Department.
