Immunization Review (Parent Portal)
Follow the instructions below to review your child’s immunizations in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
1. Navigate to the Parent Portal:
Open your web browser and go to Green Bay Infinite Campus Portal.
2. Click the More menu.
3. Click the Health tool.
4. Click on the Immunizations tool.
5. Review your child’s immunizations. Immunizations with a Compliance Status of Behind Schedule or In-Process require follow up with your child’s medical provider in order to meet state requirements. If you have any questions, contact your school nurse.
