Navigating Parent Portal

Log In

Log into the Green Bay Infinite Campus Portal using your username and password. If you do not remember your password, on the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions.

Menu Highlights

The main menu is located on the left hand side and can be accessed by clicking the menu button (three stacked lines).  These choices include access to your students’ Calendar, Responsive Schedule, Food Service, School Fees, and more. 

• Home: summary of your child’s academic profile, fees and District Announcements
• Calendar:  Access an overview of the student schedule. Responsive Schedule: View student schedule, assignments, and teachers. 
• Food Service: Access food service fees and pay online.
• Fees: Access school fees and pay online.
• More:  Update family information, access assessment results, complete annual registration, and enroll new students, and more.

Account Settings

Account settings can be accessed by clicking on the user logo in the upper right corner and choosing “Settings”, then “Account Settings.”

Account settings allow users to update their security email on record or to change their Password.

The Account Security Email is the email that will be used if a user forgets their username or password.

Notification Settings

Notification Settings can be accessed by clicking on the user logo in the upper right corner and choosing “Settings” and then “Notification Settings.”

Notification settings allow users to opt out of receiving specific kinds of notifications and establish thresholds for those they want to receive. Set thresholds to only receive notifications when a grade or score falls below the selected percentage or a lunch balance falls below the selected dollar amount. Click the arrows to change the threshold or click and drag the dot. 

Student Selection

If there is more than one student in your household, you can click on a specific student to see more information on that student’s schedule, assignments, fee information, and more.

If you are in a specific section, such as Grades, you can use the drop down menu in the upper right corner to switch between students.

Student Assessment

Student assessment results (such as state required assessments) are accessible within the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. 

Under “Quick Links” on the Home page you can select “Student Assessment Results.” These can also be accessed through the navigation menu by selecting “More.”

Under the Quick Links menu, select “Student Assessment Results.” The results are on a separate site, which will open in a new tab.
