Annual Updates

Please complete your “Annual Updates” online for the 2026-27 school year. All families with current students (those who completed the 2025-26 school year) can access the Parent Portal to submit the annual information update. It is important that families complete the annual data updates through the Parent Portal to ensure Infinite Campus has the most updated information. Read more about school fees here.

Complete details can be found on the District Registration webpage. Parents without Parent Portal access can contact the Help Desk at (920) 448-2148. If email is an option, email servicedesk@gbaps.org.

Registration/Applications

Enrollment - Register your child for school here.
Free & Reduced Meals Program - Free and Reduced Price School Meals applications can be filled out on the Parent Portal.
Busing - Transportation Request Form for busing. Watch your email for Transportation information as this should be available after August 24, 2026, through the Parent Portal or on the My Ride K-12 app.

District Welcome Back Celebration

Join GBAPS at Preble High School on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. for the a free 2026-2027 Welcome Back Event. Celebrate back to school with food, music, fun, and more!

First day of School

Monday, August 31, 2026, is the first day of school. In-person instruction for 4K, K-5th, 6th, and 9th grades as well as K-8 at Aldo, da Vinci and Red Smith; Asynchronous instruction for 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. View the full 2026-27 school year calendar.
