Piggy Bank with a $100 bill being added with change on the wooden table in the backround. A hand is adding money to the bank with a person standing in the background.

The Green Bay Area Public School District is hosting free events to help students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

The following events will be held in-person. Students and families may attend any of the following events, regardless of where the student currently attends school.

  • Green Bay West High School - November 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (enter through the main entrance)
  • Green Bay Preble High School - November 11, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (event in the LMC)
  • Green Bay Southwest High School - November 12, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (event in the LMC)

High school seniors planning to pursue post-secondary education should complete the FAFSA. FAFSA is the form that must be submitted to be considered for federal and state financial aid, including grants and loans.

If you’re applying for financial aid for the 2026-27 school year (typically July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027), you should file a 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. Contact your school to verify which award year you should apply for, especially if you’re attending school during the summer.

Please direct questions to your student’s school counselor.
