Save the date for the third annual Welcome Back GBAPS Celebration!
Join the Green Bay Area Public School District in a celebration with fun, food, music and more at Joannes Park from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on August 21, 2025. Additional information will be shared throughout the summer. Activities will take place throughout Joannes Park (not including the waterpark).
All GBAPS students and families are invited to this free, carnival-style event.
The event includes carnival games like PLINKO and ring toss, giant yard games, child-friendly axe throwing, crafts, temporary tattoos, karaoke, a photo booth, and the Foam Zone with Mischief and Magic. Don’t forget to visit the calming area, try the Grand Prize Game, and help create our district-wide community mural!
Shuttle buses will pick up and drop off continuously between 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. from Jackson Elementary, Fort Howard Elementary, Sullivan Elementary, and Edison Middle School. Families are also able to ride the Green Bay Metro with their students for free.
