Six Green Bay Area Public School District high school students were celebrated on May 27, 2025, after they completed the City Stadium Automotive® program. They graduated with 28 or more college credits and a one-year technical diploma.

The students who were honored completed, or will complete, the Automotive Maintenance Technician (AMT) Program, earning them college credits to Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) and a one-year technical diploma. After graduation, these students will be prepared to continue their education at NWTC to complete either a two-year Automotive Technician technical diploma or an Automotive Technology associate degree.

City Stadium Automotive® is located on the East High School campus. East High School principal Lisa Lipp, NWTC president Dr. Kristen Raney and City Stadium Automotive® instructor Ben Hendricks shared their thoughts on the partnerships and the success of the students.

The six students graduating from the program this year are East High School’s Colton Dean, Jaime Guzman Alvarado and Alexander Olea; Preble High School’s Fabian Guzman Amezcua and Stevens Solis Gonzalez; and Southwest High School’s Lyric Ekberg.

Dean, Ekberg, Guzman, Olea and Solis also achieved industry standard ASE Entry-Level certification.
