Love Donates Cleats to 3 GBAPS Teams
In March, three Green Bay Area Public School District athletic teams received new cleats, thanks Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love and his Hands of 10ve foundation.
On March 17, 2025, Franklin Middle School soccer and softball teams met with Love in Appleton where they received the new Nike cleats.
The West High School Girls Soccer team also received new cleats.
The students gathered in the old library at West and watched a special video from the Hands of 10ve team, congratulating them on the gift.
West High students signed a Green Bay West soccer shirt with the number 10 as a thank you to the QB.
For every touchdown Love scored during the 2024-2025 NFL season, a Wisconsin youth sports team will receive new Nike cleats for their players.
Back in August 2024, Love visited West High School to announce his new 10ve for Cleats initiative. Then he met with the West High Football team in the newly renovated Del Marcelle Stadium.
In December 2024, Love visited Washington Middle School to donate cleats. Washington's softball team was the first team to receive cleats as a part of the campaign. See a video from that visit here.
Love was also interviewed by a Washington Middle School student journalist while visiting. Watch the full interview here.
GBAPS, Franklin Middle School, Washington Middle School and West High School are grateful to Jordan Love and the Hands of 10ve foundation for the support of our GBAPS students.
