December Ambassador Academy Session

The December Ambassador Academy session began with a continued discussion of the book, "School Cannot Do It Alone."

The discussion focused on how one of the barriers to change is when people are nostalgic for the way things were when they were in school.

In addition, they discussed how schools are a part of our culture, for example "summers off," which also can make it difficult to make needed changes that could prevent the summer learning slide.

Food Service Director Lynette Kiehnau and Executive Director of Technology Amy Jaeckel also presented about their departments.
