Superintendent Search 2025

We are searching for our next superintendent. The C in searching looks like a magnifying glass.

The Board of Education has engaged CESA 7 to lead the search for the District’s next superintendent. As part of this process, CESA 7 is inviting District families and community members to join a focus group and take part in a structured roundtable discussion.

During the session, participants will be asked to share their perspectives on areas where the District can improve and discuss the skills and experience they believe are essential for the next superintendent. For individuals who are interested in providing feedback, but are not able to make the dates provided, a survey will be coming out shortly for students, staff, families and community members to provide their input. 

*Community members unable to attend the sessions on November 4 are welcome to attend the November 5 session.

November 3 - 5, 2025:  Focus groups

November 3 - November 14, 2025: Survey window

December 8, 2025 - January 23, 2026: Recruitment/application window

January  27 - February 6, 2026: Pre-screening of candidates

February 24, 25 & 26, 2026: First round of interviews

March 4, 5 & 6, 2026: Second round of interviews

March 11, 2026: Selection announcement

March - April 2026: Contract negotiations


We invite you to complete a brief survey to share your thoughts on the skills, experience, and leadership qualities you believe are essential for our next superintendent. Your feedback will play a vital role in shaping the future leadership of our District. The survey closes at the end of day on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
