General Busing Eligibility Rules

Students who live in their attendance boundary are eligible for free busing if they:

  • live two (2) miles or more from school (K-12) <or>

  •  are 4K and live one half (1/2) mile or more from school <or>

  • live in an area of extreme hazard as determined by the district <or>   

  • are currently homeless and residing in a different school attendance boundary <or>   

  • have transportation as a related service in their Individualized Education Plan
