Female college student Through the Turbocharge partnership with Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, career coaches are provided to work with each of our high schools. Career coaches support all students with their academic and career planning, in order to ensure students have a plan to transition successfully from high school to postsecondary (military, technical college, 2- or 4-year college, or career).

Each week, the career coaches meet one-on-one with students to assist them with college applications, career exploration, Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms, scheduling college visits, placement testing, college housing questions, financial aid planning, and any other questions related to college.

In collaboration with District school counselors, the career coaches also help advise students on their high school grades and attendance, and keep students accountable for how their actions and choices may affect their future.

All District high school students are welcome to seek career coaching support. The career coaches can be reached through each high school’s career center, or students can talk with their school counselor for a referral.

The career coaches for the high schools are as follows:

Hannah Malmberg earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Communication from UW-Green Bay. (Southwest and West High Schools)

Nerf Udoekong earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Calvin University. (Preble High School)

Virginia (Vicki) Villarreal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Communications and is bilingual in Spanish/English. (Preble and Southwest High Schools)
