At Wequiock, an environmental science focus will be integrated throughout all units of study. Students will use Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) to learn about and improve our environment, and even solve environmental problems.

Students will have access to an inquiry lab, technology lab, and an aquaponics system at school to aid in their environmental education. In addition, students will learn about recycling and composting, raising chickens, environmental stewardship, and will have access to everything the Wequiock school grounds has to offer.

Children will solve problems in a collaborative atmosphere, use project-based learning, and continue to receive a solid foundation in all core curricular areas.
