Community Engagement Sessions & Survey
Parents, staff, students, and community members were invited to share their vision for the Green Bay Area Public School District (GBAPS) at community engagement sessions on February 28 and March 2, 2022. ATSR Planners, Architects, and Engineers facilitated the sessions. This was the first step in their effort to develop a 10-year facilities master plan for the District.

A Roadmap to 2032
With the 2017 referendum, the Green Bay Area Public School District began the process of updating multiple schools to meet the instructional needs for today and tomorrow. Updates included more natural light, flexible furniture, individual and small group workspaces, technology, etc. However, efforts were paused due to COVID-19.
The Green Bay Area Public School District has retained ATSR Planners, Architects, and Engineers to study the District's facilities, and with stakeholder input (staff, students, parents and community members) develop long-term recommendations to present to the Board of Education. The study will provide recommendations regarding mechanical systems, instructional learning spaces, enrollment and capacities, transportation, safety and security, technology, and future programming needs.
The District will use ATSR's report to aid in making essential decisions to shape the District and its facilities to meet our community's vision.
