Procedures for Renting School Facilities

Student and staff safety is the District's first priority. Effective September 1, 2021, we are considering requests for facility use. All parties must adhere to our District protocols for safety.

  • Verification of 501(c)3 non-profit status will be required if applying as a non-profit entity.
  • Rental requests must be submitted via the online submission website at least 14 days prior to scheduled event (including the Certificate of Insurance).
